Good Morning, aerobics was started at 6:30 am for me. Great time since the kids are still asleep. This Tahitian Dance workout thing is hard. But I've got sooo much love handles, that I'm just going to stick to it, and hopefully see some changes around my waist.
For breakfast, I'm having a cup of fruits, with cool whip - LOL... not too much cool whip. Just a little to taste.

Woohoo Jen! I might have to give that DVD a try come the winter for something new.
