
Dear Tracy (and others),
I worked out and did aerobics this morning. Thank you for putting it out there for me to join. I did some Tahitian Aerobics. It's a DVD that teaches you Tahitian dancing at the same time, working out. (click on photo for $$$$ and ordering details). I tell ya what, my entire body hurts, and is soooo outtah shape!!! I think it was perfect timing to start this again too, because I went to my Dr this morning, and she gave me my blood test results. The statistics weren't bad, but they weren't that great either. My cholesterol level was at 173%mg, and ideally it should be below 200%mg. But apparently, my previous count was at 155%mg..... that's not good! LOL... anyways, time to get my butt into gear. I hope that the Tahitian work out is something fun that'll tone my opu (belly) and firm my butt. I also have to work on my eating habits. Food in Hawaii tastes toooo good to pass up... but I will have to get a hand on it.

I might have to jump on the scales later on - I haven't been on one for a couple of weeks.
Woohoo Jen!! I will have to take a look at that DVD...sounds VERY interesting.
I just got home from my PostOp appointment...everything is fine...turns out I had 4 stones and all were 1 1/2cm!
Anyway...gonna put the kids to bed in about 20 mins and then head down to the basement for a 30 min walk on the Treadmill...I will post once I am done.

Hey Jen. . .that Tahitian DVD looks fun! I have a belly dance DVD. . LOL! I don't think I'm ready for all the hip movements right now. I gotta start slow! My body won't be able to handle all the activity!
